Paint over dirty baseboards and the grime and the smell stay under the new coat. Our crew steam-cleans and sanitizes them first, so the paint goes on a clean surface. Then the crew sprays the whole interior for an even, fast finish.

Most cleaners clean what they can see. We go room by room, document every problem with photos, and give you a report you can use for your records, your deposit claim and your next tenant.

Before you call
What is make-ready?
Make-ready is everything a vacant rental needs before the next tenant moves in: inspection, repairs, paint, flooring and a deep clean. We run it as one job with one crew.
Can you handle a house a tenant left in terrible shape?
Yes. That is most of our turnover work: pet damage, smoke, heavy buildup, worn carpet, walls that need repainting. Send photos and we will tell you what it takes.
Can I hire you for cleaning only?
Yes. Deep cleaning and move-out cleaning are available on their own. Most landlords add paint and flooring because one crew means one schedule and no gaps between trades.
How do I get a price?
Send photos or book an inspection. You get a written scope and a fixed price before work starts. The estimate calculator on the quote page gives a range for cleaning.
What about plumbing, electrical and HVAC problems?
The inspection flags them in the report. Those repairs are done by licensed plumbers, electricians and HVAC technicians, and we can schedule them around the rest of the turnover.
Are you insured?
Yes. Yeromenko LLC carries general liability insurance.
