Prep before paint
We clean it, then we paint it.
Paint over dirty baseboards and the grime and the smell stay under the new coat. Our crew steam-cleans and sanitizes them first, so the paint goes on a clean surface. Then the crew sprays the whole interior for an even, fast finish.

What we check in every house.
You get the findings as a photo-documented report: what is damaged, what we fixed, and what needs a licensed trade.
Walls, ceilings and doors
- Holes, cracks and scuffs in drywall
- Water stains on ceilings and walls
- Doors, frames, locks and hinges
- Windows, screens and blinds
- Closets, shelving and trim
- Smoke, pet and cooking odors
Floors
- Carpet condition, stains and odor
- Vinyl, tile and laminate damage
- Soft spots or squeaks underfoot
- Transitions, baseboards and thresholds
Kitchen
- Cabinets, drawers and hardware
- Countertops and backsplash
- Sink, faucet and visible leaks
- Oven, range hood, fridge and dishwasher
Bathrooms
- Caulk, grout and tile
- Toilet, tub and shower function
- Vanity, mirror and fixtures
- Vent fans and moisture marks
Safety and systems (flagged in the report)
- Smoke and CO detectors
- Outlets and switches that look damaged
- HVAC filter, vents and thermostat

- Trash and items left behind
Plumbing, electrical and HVAC. We flag these in the report. Licensed plumbers, electricians and HVAC technicians do that work, and we can schedule them around the rest of the turnover.

Clean last, so it stays clean.
Paint dust and flooring debris undo a clean. We do the messy work first and the deep clean after.
