About
Owner-run. Inspection first.
Rent Ready Pros is a service of Yeromenko LLC, a San Antonio home remodeling company.
We started with the repairs and ended up doing the whole turnover.
Yeromenko LLC began as a handyman business in San Antonio and grew into full home remodels: bathrooms, kitchens, floors and paint. Landlords and property managers kept asking for the same thing: one crew that can take a house a tenant wrecked and give it back ready to rent.
That is Rent Ready Pros. We inspect the house, tell you what is wrong, fix what we can, bring in licensed trades for what we cannot, and finish with a deep clean.
The business is owner-run by Igor, based in San Antonio, a registered company with general liability insurance.
How we work
Four rules.
Price before work
A written scope and one fixed price before anything starts.
Photos, not promises
The inspection is documented so you can see what we saw.
We say what we do not do
Plumbing, electrical and HVAC go to licensed trades, and we tell you up front.
One crew
The same team from inspection to final walkthrough.
Send photos. Get a written price.
Text or email a few photos of the house, or book an inspection. You get a written scope and one price before any work starts.
